Common questions
What’s the difference between duplicate and triplicate?
A duplicate book is a 2-part set, white and yellow. A triplicate book is a 3-part set, white, pink and yellow. Pick the one that gives you enough copies for your customers, records or accounts.
How many sets are in each book?
Our standard book has 50 sets. We can also make books of 100 sets, or any number of sets you choose.
Can you number our books?
Yes. We can add sequential numbering in red ink, which makes your paperwork easy to track. It’s optional, so tell us if you need it when you ask for a quote.
How long do NCR books take?
Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we’ll confirm timing. If it’s tight, call us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can you set up our existing invoice or form?
Yes. Send us what you use now and our in-house designers can set it up, or create a new layout from scratch. You approve a proof before anything is printed.
