Trifold to DL
Trifold is by far our most popular brochure. An A4 trifold folds down to DL (99 × 210mm) and gives you six panels of usable space. Fold lines matter on this format, and our in-house designers can set up your artwork so the folds land where you expect them.
Other folds
We do plenty of other fold types, including half folds, Z folds, roll folds and gate folds. Tell us how the brochure will be used and we’ll help you choose the fold that suits it.
Stocks
Our standard is 150gsm gloss, in full colour throughout. We can also print brochures on most of the other stocks we have access to, so tell us what you have in mind.
Folding heavier stocks
We crease the stock during the folding process. That lets us fold thicker stocks and stops them cracking on the fold.

How long do brochures take?
Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we’ll confirm timing. If it’s tight, call us and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Will a trifold brochure fit in a DL envelope?
Yes. Folded to 99 × 210mm, it fits a DL envelope or a brochure stand. We can print your DL envelopes too.
Can you design my brochure?
Yes. Our in-house designers can create your brochure or fix your existing artwork, so the fold lines land where you expect them. You approve a proof before anything is printed.
Can I have a different fold or stock?
Yes. As well as trifold, we do half folds, Z folds, roll folds, gate folds and more, on 150gsm gloss or most other stocks. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll send you a quick quote.
Can you fold a thick card stock?
Yes. We crease the stock as it’s folded, so thicker stocks fold cleanly without cracking.
