How we do it.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the gold standard for achieving a polished, professional finish on uniforms and workwear. Using high-quality threads stitched directly into the fabric, it creates a textured, premium look that holds its shape and colour over time. Ideal for polos, shirts, jackets, caps and corporate apparel, embroidery is incredibly durable and stands up to repeated washing and daily wear. It’s particularly suited to logos and branding that require a clean, sharp presentation. Our team completes embroidery in house, allowing us to maintain quality control and efficient turnaround times while ensuring your branding is represented accurately and consistently.
Direct-to-Film
Direct to Film is a versatile decoration method that delivers vibrant colour and fine detail across a wide range of garments. Designs are printed onto a specialised film and heat applied to the fabric, resulting in a soft yet durable finish. DTF works exceptionally well for complex logos, gradients and multi-colour artwork that may not suit traditional methods. It’s suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, making it a great option for tees, hoodies and promotional apparel. Our garment decoration team applies DTF transfers in house, ensuring reliable quality and consistent results for both small and larger runs.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is a trusted and cost-effective method for producing bold, long-lasting designs, particularly for larger quantities. Ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the garment, creating strong colour opacity and excellent durability. This technique is ideal for teamwear, event shirts, staff uniforms and promotional campaigns where consistency and impact matter. Screen printing performs best with solid colours and simpler designs, delivering a smooth finish that holds up well to regular wear and washing. Our experienced team manages screen printing in house, allowing us to oversee artwork setup, colour matching and final application with care and attention to detail.
Sublimation
Sublimation is a high-performance decoration method that embeds ink directly into polyester fabric, rather than sitting on top of it. This results in a lightweight, breathable finish with no cracking, peeling or fading over time. It’s the preferred option for sportswear, activewear and fully customised garments where all-over prints, vibrant colours and intricate patterns are required. Because the design becomes part of the fabric, the garment maintains its natural feel and flexibility. Sublimation is completed at the manufacturing stage in the factory, ensuring precision alignment and consistent colour across every panel of the garment.
